  • Collaborated with established team and stakeholders to ensure the completion of the 250th anniversary website in time for the celebration’s first commemorative event.

  • Led Dartmouth’s QA efforts in flagging bugs after completion of initial development site. Effectively communicated to agency the priorities of the team and made recommendations for improvements to the user experience.

  • Responsible for loading site content within Drupal ahead of launch, including editing copy and sourcing images from College and Communications photo collections.

  • Created dashboards on Google Data Studio and led a training for Alumni Relations on how to best utilize the tool.

  • Communicate regularly with the President’s Office and the celebration’s planning committee by maintaining a shared detailed document listing upcoming 250-related programs.

  • Monitor community-sourced content within the events calendar and the social media channel. Communicated with event organizers and department heads to ensure proper representation of all 250-related events.

  • Maintain site news section with a mix of Dartmouth News redirects, as well as original editorial.

  • Design social media assets and copy to be used by social media manager; tools utilized include Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Spark, and Google Sheets.

September 2018 to February 2019

  • Completed a full redesign of the Woodstock History Center website that included a thorough site audit, site reorganization, and copyediting.

  • Established a new blog, The Acorn, and trained staff on how to post to the blog and share posts on Facebook.

  • Established the center’s first online exhibit, Characters of Woodstock, utilizing Disqus to crowdsource locals’ knowledge.

  • Collaborating with Development Office of Springfield Hospital in creating a community and philanthropy-focused website for the hospital that encourages awareness around the hospital's annual campaigns and the work it does in serving the greater community. "Giving" website launched in July 2018.

Web and Social Media Coordinator

The Nature Museum
June 2015 to January 2019

  • Completed a full web redesign for The Nature Museum in 2015 that shifted site from an older content management system to Squarespace. Trained museum director and other staff in the utilization of the site and established an online registration process for all programs, including a Fairy House Festival drawing over 1,200 people.

  • Maintained the website, its blog, google analytics, and the online event calendar. Made regular postings to Facebook and Instagram that both informed and connected with the museum's community.

  • Created three to four email newsletters per month targeted to different audiences: adults, families, and educators.

Okemo Mountain School
September 2017-March 2018

  • Designed and built a new website for Okemo Mountain School on Squarespace with a complete transformation of content pulled from their previous Wordpress site. There was a significant uptick in applications for the 2018-2019 school year; several prospective students first learned of the school through the website.

  • Handled the creation, organization, placement, and editing of all design and copy collateral.

  • Provided blog and social media training to staff so that they could take the reins upon project’s completion.

  • In the months following the relaunch, I created a system for the school to accept online applications for the school, plus registrations for their summer camps, utilizing Cognito Forms. This involved utilizing conditional logic forms that triggered specific communications and varying tuition costs.

  • Designed and built a large, copy-dense website devoted to the life and work of the writer Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn.

  • Created design collateral for website and social media channels
